Roger has more than 20 years of commercial real estate finance experience and has closed more than $750 million in real estate financings, acquisitions, and development. He started his career as a Certified Commercial Real Estate Appraiser in both California and Texas. Roger moved to Dallas, Texas in 2000 where he was an Office/Industrial investment sales broker with Insignia/ESG (CBRE). Roger later founded PRG Realty, a commercial acquisition and development company in Dallas, where he managed all acquisitions and financing placements.

Following PRG Realty, Roger was a Managing Director of Beucler Properties where he was responsible for structuring debt and equity placement for the development of hotels (within a programmatic agreement with Hyatt Hotels) and industrial properties in the US & Mexico.

Roger has since worked as a Vice President with National Brokerage firms providing capital support, underwriting and debt placement nationally. He manages lender and client relationships both nationally and internationally and has multicultural experience and fluency in Spanish.

Roger is a graduate of Loyola Marymount University, where he earned a BBA degree in Finance. He also completed graduate studies in International Finance at the University of Barcelona, Spain, and Southern Methodist University. He holds a broker license in Texas and is also a member of the Fort Worth Real Estate Commission and Downtown Fort Worth, Inc.
